I actually worked here in 2016 but it wouldn't let me select that far back. If I could give a negative rating I would. When I worked here the other girl that I worked with was having an affair with the site manager and forcing her other half to go to therapy for his paranoia over thinking that she was cheating on him (which she was). She would continue to tell me all about her relations with the site manager and staying late and coming in on weekends to have sexual activities with him. They even did it on my chair and got bodily fluids on my chair so swapped it for one of the sales men's chairs. The poor site manager left his wife for her and kept asking me questions about the situation. Poor guy I didn't have the guts to tell him that she was playing him and she was only in it for herself. The sales team would take cocaine on their working away trips and use company credit card for party time. The boss was a misogynistic and old man that was living in the 1970s. They would ask me to book hotels and create contracts and give me minimal information and then get really annoyed with me when things weren't to their liking. For example we had a budget for hotels but one particular sales person would get annoyed if we didn't find him a place with a gym/fitness suite. The sales team were also impossible go get hold of to do my job properly and supervisors never updated us on hours so we would get abuse from workers when pay was wrong. I got treated poorly when my car broke down and I couldn't get to work because they expected me to get multiple buses for a 3 hour journey to get to my colleagues house for a lift in and then my colleague would leave earlier then myself so I wouldn't have a way home. Within this all going on I was signed off from work because of stress (as you can imagine) and then when I organised a car on finance so that I could return to work they dismissed me from work a week later saying "I wasn't the right fit for the role". Tbf they were doing me a favour. I'm glad I wasn't the right fit for the role. I'm so proud of myself for keeping my dignity and leaving there with my head held high and not losing me cool and getting my work college into trouble for her inappropriate work based behaviour with the site manager.
