US focused. Completely profit driven, care for employees is only in words and not actions. Stressed out and burned out development team with continuous taunt of not delivering releases on time in comparison with highly talkative and self praising development team in US. SLT too focused on US based employees, fails completely to understand employees in other parts of the world. SLT could show some actions instead of words if they really care employees outside of US.
