-Upper and lower leadership pushes and encourages sales people consistently to be in the field/in restaurants regardless of the situation with Covid.
-Upper leadership tried to ease stress during Covid by awarding employees extra days off, but then regional management would not allow it ("did not apply to sales force")
-Quotas were not eased during pandemic
-Comp plan is being changed on a dime, especially during 2020, sometimes in the middle of the month, depending on how much the company wants to pay out
-Management attempting to "motivate" sales team by talking about how much less money they are personally making now and sales needed to help change that for personal gain
