RN’s incompetent sales managers substitute bullying for coaching. Revolting mistreatment of AE’s at RN. Management is out of touch and incompetent. Managers critique reps yet don't understand the product or how to sell it, let alone how to do the paperwork needed, look up or enter data into salesforce, check the AS400 or read their own reports. Sales reps turn like a lazy susan. Picture the titanic sinking while the HR department rearranges the empty chairs on the deck to fill in all the sales positions that have turned due to poor management. All this while the tip of the boat is pointed south toward the jellyfish. Lets face it the bully on the playground is usually the one w/ the lowest IQ. This isn’t the proper individual to run any game.
