- Good Pay - Unique and meaningful perks. (unlike the coupons worth lakhs which I can't redeem) - founders really care about their employees (not just professionally) - pure bliss to find such a early stage start-up which doesn't even want to under-pay the interns. (Non-paid intern is a big No)
