Despite performing well at certain points, the final decision did not reflect a fair or consistent evaluation. It honestly feels like cost-cutting under the disguise of performance issues. There also seems to be a pattern where promotions for existing employees are delayed or not implemented, which further raises questions about internal priorities There is little to no proper support during training, and feedback is vague. In my case, I was told we would connect for discussion, but instead, the termination was executed without giving a fair chance to even address the feedback.
