Pros

Remote work is very convenient

Kontras

The supported system that we are contracted under is crucial to the DoD, but is very poorly designed and managed and workers are asked to do far too much for so little pay. The overall responsibilities are not at all reflective of such low pay when the government offices that we support do not want to do their jobs and refer people to us when we are legally unable to help.
