      Some great, friendly team members. great training for manual handling, work health and safety, able to pick up extra shifts if desired.

      Kontras

      Poor resourcing - always running out of equipment needed to perform duties, residents always complaining about poor service and you have no ability to improve things for them, carers get stretched too thin.
