Pros

Reputation is a really good company and fun place to work. There are many smart and talented people. Teams are highly collaborative. The product is very good. It has many things going for it. It is a great place to get experience... just don't expect much growth.

Kontras

Everyone with any semblance of talent is leaving. Senior executives have not had a strategy the entire year. Continuing to do the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity. Half the leaders all came from a previous company together so there are few unique perspectives. Outside investors must be equally complacent.

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
