The company runs fast which is great. They are making big strides with pushing the product ahead of the competition and are quick to react. Since the company isn't too big yet it still has that "family" feel where you can get to know everyone even though you don't work with them daily. If you don't work well in environments where things are constantly changing and there's a bit of organized chaos at times this isn't the company for you. If you do, then it's great! You get to put your stamp on things and affect real change.
Kontras
Running fast can come with its pitfalls like things getting missed and processes not being followed. The company is growing fast but needs more processes and systems in place that support a scaling company.

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered
*Great coworkers
*Lunch for in office workers.

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs.
*Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay.
*Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients.
*For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn.
*Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction.
*No 401k match.
