Everyone locks arms to get things done at Repurpose. There's a big belief in work-life balance so we work hard but no one's working beyond pretty normal business hours. Love the mission too.

It is fully remote so that has its pros and cons.

Repurpose is a mission-driven company that brings together motivated people with an affinity for the environment With the team being so small, there are many opportunities to work with and learn from other departments. The executive team and department directors are only a few footsteps away and interested in being as supportive as possible. For them, no question is too small and they all make it known that they are here to help. The office is located at LACI downtown, a hub for green companies, which in itself offers many networking and learning opportunities for its residents. The commute can be a bit much dealing with DTLA traffic if you are coming from farther out.
