Pros
If you are a fresh graduate and want to learn the job or gain some work experience this will be a good place to start. However, if you are an experienced worker with years of experience behind you and have something better to offer, please don't waste your time here. Nothing that you will ever do will be appreciated and most of the time you end up getting burned or it will come back to bite you simply because of the people and the work culture of the organization. Other than these, there is probably nothing positive about the organization.

Staff turnover in this place is extremely high. The management team is aware about it but hardly anything concrete is done to address the matter and even when they have tried, they never got too far. This is because the company is lead by a bunch of clowns (department heads) who can hardly even get along among themselves (politics/backstabbing/fault finding) and here they are talking about changing the work culture. The CEO is oblivion to what is truly happening at the bottom level of the organization and only hears (or either chooses to hear) what is fed to her by the department heads, where a very politically correct picture is painted for her. So how is the CEO managing the company well if the group of leaders that she has hired are always looking out after their own backs? When something goes wrong, fingers are always pointed everywhere but themselves. People management in this organization is poor and their leadership skills are questionable. What about feedback? This is something we should never consider giving because it will only come back to haunt us. Most of the time for the good staffs', instead of receiving some form of appreciation, they are loaded with more tasks and ridiculous deadlines. Hence, don't expect having any work life balance. For an organization with 60 staff or less, they are faced with more problems than a company of 600 staff. If you want to work here, think twice, unless and until these clowns are eradicated, there will be no change to the work culture and your happiness or own life satisfaction goes down the drain with you.
