Growing very fast with great learning opportunities - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei RentRange: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I've been at RentRange for almost 2 years, and it's been quite a journey. I've watched the company grow from under 10 to over 40 employees, and be acquired by a large corporation. I've been involved in many conversations about how to make this a great place to work. I can say first hand that senior management really cares about creating an environment that supports employees and fosters collaboration and teamwork. We have a great group of really intelligent, energetic people working together to make a difference. I've seen a number or employees grow in their careers along with the growth of the company. It's incredibly exciting to be part of a team that is working hard to create new products and grow a company to be a market leader, while keeping focus on caring about it's employees and providing a great work environment.

Being acquired by a larger company has provided stability and opportunities, along with some challenges in integrating our process, systems, and culture with the larger corporation. These challenges are being worked on and a lot of progress has been made, but some issues do remain.

I've been working with RentRange/Investability for about a year and a half now. The culture here is friendly and open with tons of opportunity for advancement. Since our acquisition (late last year) by Altisource there have been some changes, but being acquired by them was essential for company growth and we now have every opportunity to continue to improve and achieve our vision. The outlook is exciting. We have been rapidly hiring staff on all ends of the spectrum. I started here as an entry level employee and have been promoted multiple times which isn't always possible as a young professional. Our upper management is capable, intelligent, and hard working. Competitive pay and benefits. They take your opinions into account and no idea is unheard.

Being acquired of course comes with stricter compliance and reporting, however is it nothing that can't be easily handled. We're currently still in our small startup office space, but will be moving within the month so really the main concerns are being taken care of.
