Keep non partners in the loop of what's going on (ie. Timeline for raises, etc.)

- collaborative team environment depending on the team - leadership is passionate and goal oriented - accepts entry level workers with a decent retention rate for higher level positions

- inflexible work schedule - inconsistent training across positions and teams - entry level work is not challenging but extremely tedious
