Too many acquisitions and lack of actual integration. Company does not promote employees often, upper management more focused on promoting themselves. Pay is lower than industry standard and career advancement opportunities are limited. Lack of effective retention program to keep talented resource.

In my experience, the work environment is negatively critical, and feedback often felt focused on mistakes rather than development. Upper management did not appear to encourage open and honest discussion, making it difficult to raise concerns or share ideas. Compensation seemed below market rates compared to similar roles in the industry. Over time, morale appeared to decline, and many employees became disengaged and less confident in their work. Several talented colleagues left during my time there, and turnover seemed consistently high.
