The schedule wasn’t crazy full but that was changing when all of the sonographers quit (4 of us who had been there almost 5 or more years all quit within 7 months). Some cool people work there at the front and MAs but the turnover is wild. There was free food from reps fairly often.

Ugh. It’s so sad because this used to be a great place to work but once HCA bought it, they got rid of the ultrasound manager role so the general managers had more authority over the department. It was honestly the worst experience with management I’ve ever had. Managers will gaslight/lie if is beneficial to them and will deflect all questions and decisions to upper management. Obviously HCA is terrible within itself but it’s so hard working where there is no mutual trust. Just want to warn other sonographers… keep looking!!
