The Living Room program (which has closed down because they lost their grant) was ran like a homeless shelter, even though it wasn't meant to be. When we got bed bugs, that was the final straw. Super disorganized management. Also when I told my supervisor about a frequent male guest who made me uncomfortable by commenting on my body, he told me "sometimes when people are going through a mental health crisis, they say inappropriate things." Funny how women who go through mental health crises don't usually sexually harass people but alright.
