Renaissance Learning has undergone many changes in a short period of time. Not all of them are positive. They tout investments in innovation, but primary motivation is shifting from the mission central to the company's inception toward carbon-copy cutthroat business at the expense of customers (and employees who care for them). This trickles down from the revolving door of C-level leaders.
Culture is crumbling. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and blames the right hand for it.
