Pros

If you are in operations you have an easy job with extremely minimal work to be done. You'll likely be a manager. Office environment is laid back and casual, but so much so, when you go work for a real company you realize you can't just act like you are relaxing at home in the workplace. You don't have to do much actual work. If you are looking for an Ops role, it will be the easiest job you've ever had, but likely the lowest paying You will get an Account Executive or Outside sales title faster than anywhere else, even if you are right out of college which almost the entire workforce is.

All the 5 star reviews on here are faked by current employees to impress management. Same situation with the "Best Workplace" awards. Its tough to know where to start. You'll get no real experience from working here. There is absolutely no training or on-boarding process. If you want to start your career as a sales rep, pick anywhere else if you hope to develop, learn and grow your skills and career, but as mentioned above you can leverage your title you're given to land a real job elsewhere. There's almost more managers than there are employees, the org chart is a joke. No manager here knows how to sell, so be ready for constant self-help one-liners on how you should be selling more with no actual help to be found. Based on sales and their product offering, I don't anticipate they can continue to remain in business very long. So I personally wouldn't plan for a long term career here.

Our reputation is important to us at ReluTech, and we have read this review with some surprise. We do value opinions on what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. We are not used to receiving low star reviews, so we are not happy that your experience working here has been unsatisfactory and means that we have not met expectations somewhere along the line. For the past year, we have been working diligently to improve our onboarding and training programs in order to provide the best support for those beginning their sales career here at ReluTech. While you may not feel you benefited from this, we are confident that recent new hires are getting the best training possible. It is important for us to grow our young professional workforce and this has become a top initiative for 2020. We take pride in making sure that our employees get the resources they need to be successful, and we have been implementing various programs to fit their needs. In fact, many of the managers you mentioned that we have an abundance of are there for this very purpose – to help our new hires succeed. We do like to have a casual work environment that awards those who are self-motivated, but that is not something we see as a drawback. First and foremost, we do have our jobs to do but also feel it is important that people feel comfortable here to be their true, authentic selves. It is important to us that our employees enjoy their work, but also continue to have drive in a sales environment. The AJC does a great job at making sure their "Best Places to Work" awards are not faked, and we are confident they will continue to provide anonymous voting for employees of ReluTech and all other Atlanta companies. I am relatively new here at ReluTech, but I cannot express how grateful I am for the situation that I have found myself in this company.. Our sales department has formed a tight camaraderie, where we work hard daily but also have a blast doing it. I genuinely enjoy being around the people I work with everyday. To keep morale high, we will often have unorthodox events that involve the whole team in a fun way. Our environment is off the charts! All my friends and family are jealous when I tell them about the things that we do on a daily basis. The industry that ReluTech specializes in is an aspiring salesperson's dream. Our sales produce high margins, and a service that makes sense for companies wanting to save costs in their IT department. The opportunity for growth for those starting in an introductory role is fantastic. It takes a while to understand the products and how to be successful in the job starting off, but with time you understand best practices and what works for you. Overall, business is booming at ReluTech with no signs of slowing down. Management is not set in the old ways of things either, as we are constantly evaluating new ways to differentiate ourselves and make our company as whole easier to sell.

When I came in, the structure and training was a little lack luster. I was thirsting to learn more, but was told I would learn more as I grew into my role in the company. I think a more thought out training process would have been beneficial.
