Cool atmospher, band performances, mission is cool, some hard-working people.
Kontras
No organization at all. Basically a free-for-all. Disorganization leads to lost opportunities and stagnant company. No opportunities for advancement. Many people are not friendly/clique-y. Set in their ways, which is unfortunate, because the company has potential that it is unlikely to reach without change.
