Pros

Former CEO was knowledgeable and approachable. Competitive benefits(not including salary). The atmosphere was friendly by those on the same level.

Kontras

Low pay compared to other technology companies. Shortly after the buy-out, more than half the active scientists and developers had left the company, some willingly, some not. Sorely needs a more structured management and software life cycle system
