The role can be challenging, but the culture, people, and constant encouragement from leadership has made it a great place to build experience and advance my career.

It’s an incredible opportunity to accelerate your career and learn the fundamentals of what it means to be a strong leader for your team. What stands out most to me, though, is the people. Everyone here is high-performing and pushes you to be the best version of yourself while striving to get 1% better every day. While the challenge of cybersecurity is what drew me to RQ and this industry, it can also be one of the more difficult aspects at times. To be a leader in AI-driven cybersecurity, you have to constantly adapt to the evolving needs of the market. With that comes change, both within the company and in the work itself, and success requires embracing those challenges rather than resisting them. It isn’t always easy, but with the people around you and the mission you’re working toward, no change or challenge feels impossible.
