I really love how our team works together, the owner does so many generous things for the team especially on holidays or special occasions. It's not an easy product to sell, so not everyday is a cakewalk, the management does help support the ways you could improve and does so in a courteous manner. I happen to like the 7am-4pm lifestyle, but if you're a late bloomer that could be considered a con for you.
