Depends on the position. On corporate site (non-sales) very laid back. lenient on hours as long as your work gets done.

Pay is low for employees with college education. The sales force will say anything to possible clients to make a sale, which management encourages. Upper management gives the illusion of an open door policy, but are very secretive of the companies direction. Job security is nonexistent. Company culture is very abrasive and aggressive. The founder is very intelligent and creative, but lacks what it takes to run a company.
