Decent pay, easy job, non-structured work environment. Some people are very dedicated to their jobs. Local people were all very nice.

Complete lack of communication, Cleveland ownership might have anger issues, working in bad neighborhoods, dealing with irate or sad car owners, very high turnover rate. IT programs don't work half the time. Overworked employees.
