While no one is perfect, leadership does a good job of finding the balance between a human-centric tone while being mindful that it's a business that needs to perform. They also have great benefits and flexible work schedules - esp. for a smaller company.

The leadership team, especially the CEO, does not practice what they preach in Good Authority. Interviews were rushed and disorganized. The second round had no structure—no one asked me questions, and the team spent the time talking about their own unrelated work. When I demonstrated code that directly solved a current business problem, the CEO visibly panicked. No follow-up, no clarity—just silence. The CEO appeared agitated and even physically shaking during the final call. For a company built on emotional intelligence and accountability, this was jarring. There’s a concerning pattern of the CEO criticizing his staff while also displaying erratic, indecisive behavior himself. I left with the impression that leadership craves innovation but isn’t prepared to handle it—or the people who bring it. They made an offer.. then went silent. I responded the same day.
