-Incredible projects -You will learn A LOT -Proactive environment

-The founders have no regard whatsoever for the well-being of their employees. They behave like robots and have no issues in telling you that you are "mediocre" to your face. -The salaries (if you are Jr or Ssr, have no idea about the higher seniorities) are a complete joke. They expect so much yet they give so little. -There's a competitive feel to everything but not in a good way, it's like they set out the hunger games each working day.
