- support is tier layered 1-5, but 1-3 can get very stressful - C level management is quite bizzare and sometimes not sensitive to the employees - company has to work 24/7 so you might end up in a shift which is not good - doesn't invest in education (but a pro is that they don't care at all about your formal education as long as you know how to work)
