What’s even more frustrating is that working on weekends to help out doesn't even count toward the bonus calculation. It’s a confusing and demotivating system. While most coworkers are professional, a certain segment of the staff (about 5-10%) lacks basic maturity. When recurring mistakes are pointed out, these individuals respond with "ghosting" and childish exclusion. It is exhausting to deal with such two-faced, high-school-like behavior in a professional setting. There is a serious lack of "pros" who understand basic accountability and workplace etiquette.
