Previously had great culture that led to high motivation and productivity and creativity + innovation.

After multiple leadership changes at both c-suite level and one level lower - lots of politicking and pack mentality. Redundancies don't seem wholly genuine and result in brain and talent drain, while underperformers excellent at politics stay on. No wonder the business is struggling?
