- Incohesive, micromanaging leadership team: unrealistic timelines; no leadership experience; no accountability; zero reliability - leadership is not able to focus & prioritize, changes strategy every other week, backtracks on decisions - product sounds interesting at a first glance, but is either not feasible or DOA - The cherry on the top: internal politics, toxic behavior (manipulation, gaslighting, etc.)
