      Cool culture Good work life balance Interesting product

      Challenging product. If you join the engineering department without any prior experience of software development. You will have a difficult time here. In short, if the product is very easy to make it wouldn't sell in the first place.

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
