      - Fantastic people - Great culture - Open and honest - Flexible and trustworthy - Exciting work - They give you the opportunity to build your own career

      - They don't have an office in Australia - I had a remote manager when I would have preferred a manager in the same office

      Pros

      A company that treats each other reasonably and works hard to grow as a team. We value working in teams We try to be respectful, both in our collaboration and what we ask of each other Great work/life balance

      Mostly a UK company, so those of us in the US are a bit removed Leadership is good, but we've had some turnover and they have work to do to grow together As we have grown over 500 people we have challenges of keeping a strong culture going. It's still there, but a little diluted in newer hires
