Thanks very much for the feedback. We'd like to take this opportunity to state here that we do set a high bar for our engineers at RedBlackTree. We need our engineering teams to be nimble and capable of learning constantly. Our customers expect the best from us and we expect the same from our engineers and other staff. This necessarily means that we have to unfortunately let a few people go from time to time, when they consistently don't measure up. We are no different from other companies in this respect.
