Mostly great co workers Free pop during shift Free fries every shift Nice and understanding customers

Kontras

Management gets mad at you every day Not enough hours Not enough training for position Management has favorites.

The company growth health is not the best, seem to be closing a lot of locations.

Pros

- good money for entry server. But my advice would be to go somewhere less corprate after the first 6 months. there's lots of mom and pop shops that'll garentee you more hours and then you don't have to beg customers for surveys and gift card purchases. - quick promotion to server if you act like you want to be there

Kontras

- terrable money for bussers, expo and togo - Work atmoshpere isn't great, corparate could do a better job sourcing managers but I'm sure it's limited given its a dying brand.
