Friendly management and good flexibility

I cannot think of any cons

Restoring a lot of rooms They make sure i have what i need to do the job. The owner/boss is easy to talk to and good to work with along with most of my fellow employees

It can be stressful at time because i might have 3 different people hand me to do lists and all of them are priority. Living on property can be a bit aggravating because of all the off the clock "hey kevins" but i knew that was going to happen from the gate.
