major management issues, a culture of fear due to management issues, ever-increasing issue of low quality of care overall for the majority of clients, utterly insane group numbers per clinician. The average number of clients per group was anywhere from 20-30 which is unacceptable. Clients moved around to other RW programs even when it wasn't a good fit. Avoidable and sometimes lethal issues that went largely unaddressed by the powers that be.
