Management, money focused company, not client focused, they treat the richer self paying clients better than others, low pay also I constantly was scheduled night shifts, with my relief always coming late, I would get home around 12:30am and then I would be scheduled again at 7 am. I almost fell asleep driving to work one morning from lack of sleep. Boss got when I mentioned this to him.
