Fully remote work with flexibility of working hours was a plus. Management and other teammates were always willing to help no matter the situation.
Kontras
Poor communication with middle management, little to no advancement within the company, and the health insurance was anything but great. Salary pay was very very low, especially with the amount of overtime and high expectations coming from senior management. HR was also Head of Finance, which made communication with employees horrible. The company praises their employees through email but does not appreciate all of the hard work or weekends we spend working. I do not recommend working here.
