I started working with RTN over 5 years ago and since then I have been given the tools and every opportunity to advance my career. I began my career as a technician and with help and great leadership, I am now a the head of a division. The people I work with are second too none, always willing to help and go that extra mile for you. Whenever I have had a problem in my workplace and/or my home life, the management team are never to busy or preoccupied to hear my concerns and/or questions. always happy to point me in the right direction and offer good advice. If you are looking for a great career with a company that is young, growing, and exciting, I would highly recommend working at RTN
