Where does one start? I don't want to be mean or demeaning, but I am far removed so I really don't give a damn. First off, The current ECD/President needs to be put on Ritalin or something. He is the sole frustration of the entire creative department. More man hours are lost in this agency due to changing creative strategy midstream than anything. It is manic. Throw in a savior complex and you have the day-to-day operations of this madhouse. The ECD thinks that no one else is capable of doing the work at the level he can produce. So expect your work to be redone by him at the last minute and presented to the clients while yours is left in the trash. Your only fault was to produce solid work that was on-strategy and not his. "Here I Come To Save The Day!" Yeah right, Dudley Do-Wrong. Don't worry though, the client won't like it either and you'll be back on that hamster wheel in a couple of days. Only with less time to complete a whole new strategy and execution.
