Favouritism , Micro management, lack of trust , pointing fingers at each other, The team whom I was working with has the worst manager she was very unprofessional and lacked basic decency, Once i applied for 4 days leave, I informed my team leader 4 months before and yet they did not approve it leaving me to cancel my flights. There is no proper training given to new employees but are directly made to work on field with unrealistic targets, this company is a big joke. especially the market research team.
