Great leadership that is taking the company in the right direction and doing big things. As an AM it's important to represent a good product where customers are happy the vast majority of the time. My accounts and I get great support from our Customer Support and engineering teams.

Until recently there weren't always defined processes for some things making it hard to know what to do in some situations but that has been more defined and its going well.

Small company. Got to learn a lot.

Constantly changing the name. Not a lot of professional development support.
