The 2 owners of the company are really knowledgeable and down to earth people. They know how to train and guide their staff members in order to get the work done from them. The staff is really dedicated and hardworking people and the stress level on the staff members is medium-minimal.

Since it's a private firm, some Saturdays are working.

Nothing good about this organization!!!

It's like a sweet shop where the whole purpose is to run the business on day by day basis. No HR policies, No organization structure. No proper work assignment, People are forced to work on weekend, lot of work pressure. No career progression Don't get surprised If they refuse to pay the salary Its a black hole where you will get lost!!!
