You can grow here, yes. Not hybrid work condition. Fully in office. OK benefits (meaning its ok but you can find other O&G company that has BETTER benefits).
Kontras
Nepotism and favoritism are spot on. Everyone is basically someone’s child, and you can be the boss’s favorite even if you are frequently on AL and do not perform your work properly. There is a lack of security regarding the WFO/WFH situation; they cannot track whether you are actually working from home or if you failed to key in your annual leave. There is also poor monitoring of employee absences.
