Pros
The pros are that for Shannon and Albin really listen to my concerns. In my contract role we have discussed what my options will be. I can really hear in their voices they want the best possible outcome for the people who work for Rangam. This is one of the few job placement companies that check up with its employees. Albin reaches out by email asking me to schedule a time to talk about my role Shannon had meetings at the client site in the city I am in and I got a chance to me her in person. No other consulting companies I know of would invest that kind of energy and time for their employees
Kontras
Possibly focus on longer contracts with the clients. This would give a little more of stability to the worker not knowing if their contract will be extended. Or look into other roles which is ok.
