Honestly, I’ve met some of the best and brightest people working there. That includes union and salary members. Everyone that has been there before this company came in knows how to run a die cast facility.

The issue is the ones that came over from India. They have no flexibility and will throw anyone out that disagrees with their ways. This has caused everyone to slowly not care for work and leading to quality issues.
