Turnover central for only one group of people – new people. No one here is qualified to be a manager and I’ve seen a lot of talent come, hang in for a while, see no improvement, and go. “Managers” here are people from the ghetto and new talent are people from college – managers seem to get intimidated by their subordinates and real talent ends up leaving the company. Worst department to deal with is Logistics – extremely rude and tends to fight only with the pretty girls (3) in the company. The Ramy Brook clothing motto is Sexy and Sophisticated – I can tell you this much – there is nothing remotely sophisticated about working here, it’s like high school where the few bad eggs constantly disrupt the class and nothing ever gets done. A lot of time gets wasted here. Hard work does not pay off here. This is the type of company that you can bully your way to the top. If you are intelligent or a decent person, this is not the place for you. Respect is not respected here and basic manners are a rarity. If you are a self-respecting person, you will not be happy here. Pay is bad as well and there are no benefits. Wish I never came here.
