Used to be a great vibe with helpful people who want to do well. The staff working the daily tasks are what makes this place tick.

Same mistakes over and over, resulting in people further down the chain losing their jobs every year to cover the money lost at the top. MD nowhere to be seen and all the greatness of the place has been sucked dry, leaving a very demotivated, stressed out team.
