- very high turnover of management - no longer term vision or strategy. When CEO was asked what's strategy he said "execution". Current CEO (2019) is operations guy with commodity semiconductor experience. Senior management is not technical at all. - High and constant turnover. none of the exec management have been with company more than few years. Most of revenue is from old patents else company would have folded a while back. new businesses are mostly non-profitable. Company does not have product development culture. slow motion train wreck. Not ethical.
